Booking Disclaimer

Last updated: 2026-09-08

Draft for review. This page describes honestly how Wingora works, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and is not legal advice.

Your booking is with the partner

Every booking is a contract between you and the airline or travel agency you booked with. Their terms, their fare rules and their refund policy govern it. Wingora is not a party to that contract.

Changes, refunds and disruption

Cancellations, schedule changes, refunds, baggage disputes and compensation claims are handled by the partner you booked with, not by us. We cannot change, cancel or refund a booking we did not make.

If you cannot reach a partner, tell us and we will help you find the right contact — but the decision remains theirs.

Check before you pay

Before paying, confirm the total price, the baggage allowance, the fare conditions and any visa or transit requirement on the partner’s own site. Those are the terms that bind, not the summary you saw here.
